May 8, 2010:Pro Sports Wives Association CELEBRATES First Anniversary on the radio in Atlanta, a major market, on WAEC, Love 860 AM and streaming on the internet. With currently over 52,000 (unadvertised) hits on the radio page, the Pro Sports Wives Radio Show is a 'Knock Out', according to an Atlanta media executive. 'It's refreshing', according to a listener; and it 'Hits the curve balls of one sided opinions and negative news that infiltrates through the teams and leagues out the park', according to a MLB wife. The talk show, filled with music from different genres, addresses news that affects families and children; highlight charities; deals with relationship issues; and opinions from players, spouses, and fans. 'It's a family affair', according to Host and Executive Director of the Association, Gena Pitts.
November, 2009: Pro Sports Wives co-host Diamonds and Pearls Gala during Super Bowl weekend
May 21, 2009: Pro Sports Wives Association launches VISA Credit Card program to benefit charities.
May 8, 2009: Pro Sports Wives Association launches first Radio Show! First station in Atlanta to stream LIVE audio and television via internet.
May, 2009: Pro Sports Wives launches Radio & Television entertainment Company, Digital Magazine and Social Media for Fans; and establishes regional Chapters to expand and host multi-charitable fund-raising events.
March, 2009: Pro Sports Wives launch philanthropic initiative to support charities with Family, Friends & Fans Lifestyle Tour 2009.
February, 2009: Pro Sports Wives Association Host 3-day events, including First Annual Diamonds & Pearls Celebrity Gala at NFL Super Bowl 43.
